I would strongly discourage anyone from hiring this company. I paid $840 for my move, and from the beginning the experience was a disaster. Despite discussing the size of my move beforehand, they arrived with the wrong-size truck, forcing me to spend an additional $250 to rent my own truck just to complete the move. During the move, they damaged several pieces of my furniture. To their credit, they acknowledged the damage and offered a partial refund along with a complimentary moving service to make things right. Unfortunately, they never honored that agreement. On the day of the complimentary move, they didn’t show up. They initially blamed truck issues, but every time I tried to work with them and suggested a solution, there was another excuse. After wasting my time and failing to provide the promised service, I requested a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to issue a full refund, offered only a partial refund, and eventually told me to contact Thumbtack if I wanted a full refund. I gave this company multiple opportunities to resolve the situation directly, but they failed to follow through on their promises. I was left paying for a service that wasn’t properly completed, additional out-of-pocket expenses, damaged furniture, and countless hours dealing with a problem that should have never happened. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you value reliability, professionalism, and accountability, I would look elsewhere.

Moving out seemed like an impossible task, their incredible work ethic and services helped me move out under 2 hrs. Their intent to go above and beyond for their clients is commendable
The guys they sent were not good at furniture assembly. They were careless with the furniture and damaged pieces (or moved forward with assembly without telling me parts arrived damaged — there’s no way to know because I simply have damaged furniture). They took hours trying to complete a task that finally stopped all progress (I got the part to fit by myself the next morning in less than two minutes trying). I paid them for the assembly they completed and they told me they would return the next morning and now they have ghosted me. DO NOT HIRE!
Gio was professional, had great communication, & completed a difficult project (detailed bike assembly).
