Extremely disappointed. I hired this company through Thumbtack and paid $2,700 on October 7 to replace HVAC equipment, which came with a six-month warranty. Within two days, my rental guest reported that the AC was not working. The thermostat reached 80 degrees, and the refrigerant lines repeatedly froze. I honestly don’t know if the system ever worked properly after the installation. I contacted Dylan, the technician, and Jeff, the owner, multiple times. Jeff promised to return that week but never showed up, scheduled an appointment, or followed through. My most recent calls and texts have gone unanswered. This has cost me rental income and created unnecessary frustration. I understand that businesses get busy, but when a customer pays $2,700 for a repair that isn’t working, I expect the company to stand behind its work and honor its warranty. The lack of urgency, communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Nearly three weeks later, the issue remains unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
