An Amazing 50th Birthday Dinner in Marco Island! Tony was fantastic! He prepared an incredible meal for my friends and me to celebrate my 50th birthday in Marco Island. The menu was wonderful, starting with charcuterie, followed by scallops, salad, pasta from Italy, filet mignon, and dessert. Every course was delicious and made the evening feel extra special. Tony was also great to work with from start to finish. He was very communicative, punctual, and easy to get along with. He even arrived early because of concerns about the weather to make sure everything went smoothly. We had such a great experience and a memorable evening celebrating with friends. I would absolutely recommend Tony to anyone looking for a private chef experience. He helped make my 50th birthday truly special!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Chef Tony during our weekend in Naples! From start to finish, Tony was incredibly professional, arrived right on time, and made the entire evening effortless and enjoyable. Most importantly, the food was outstanding. Every course was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. The ceviche and lobster salad were fresh and flavorful, and the Chilean sea bass with white asparagus chipotle-infused parsnip purée, and mango-avocado salsa was phenomenal. Finishing the night with tiramisu and crème brûlée was the perfect touch. Having Chef Tony prepare such an incredible meal for us in the comfort of our Airbnb made the evening really special. Great food, great presentation, and first-class service all around. We would absolutely recommend Chef Tony and wouldn’t hesitate to book him again the next time we’re in Naples!
Tony was great. We were unexpectedly running about an hour behind, and he graciously waited for us until we got there. We were in a small condo with not a lot of space, but Tony made the best of it. The food overall was excellent, and the ribeyes were fantastic!

Beautiful evening, perfect menu...Tony was on time and came prepared. He needed minimal assistance so we all could act as guests. Every course was beautifully presented and delicious from the appetizer to the impressive dessert. He was personable and shared details about the ingredients he used because everyone wanted to know! I highly recommend Tony because he is fun to work with and delivers an excellent meal!
