Communication. They called more than ten times to ensure I was going to be home. On the day of the appointment, it was a no show. I called back and the owner answered stating that the person was sent to Palm Beach when I live in Miami. The next day I received a call from the girl stating that the individual assigned to the appointment had an accident. See for yourself. Nothing else to add.

Reviews
All issues have been resolved.
Asaf and Zion ensured the transformation of my room and master bathroom in just a few days. My master bathroom renovation turned out beautifully, and the popcorn ceiling removal along with the new recessed lighting gave the bedroom a fresh, modern look. The large-format porcelain tile resulted in a stunning, high-end finish. Professional, reliable, and consistently on schedule, they exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Gaven Llc!
I would not recommend this company. I hired this company for redoing my small bathroom, remove the tub and install walk-in shower. They promised that they hire licensed plumber and electricians but they handed off to the work to another project manager who hired general handyman who did everything like demolish the old bathroom walls, installing the shower area, tiles, electrical and plumbing. They messed up the work and i had to hire another electrician and plumber to fix the issues that they messed up. The main shower floor was not leveled properly and the water does not drain properly and I still have to use squeeze and mop every day to remove the pooled water. They do not live up to their promises. The subcontractor/ project manager that they hired was very rude and condescending. The whole experience with this company was stressful and nightmare. .
