Patrick is a no-nonsense skilled craftsman who really knows the Yardisrty product line of gazebos (and many others, I believe). He has a skilled assistant (Anthony) with whom he works smoothly. They were efficient, organized, and got the job done in less than 7 hours, whereas another contractor figured it would take his crew "about 2 1/2 days." And last but not least, their rates were fair. I whole-heartedly recommend Gazebo Prefab Builders.
They went right to work and knew exactly what they were doing. The finished product, spoke for itself. Beautiful work.

I usually never hire anyone without recommendation. I interface with many contractors and vendors in my line of work, but even their bids couldn’t come close to Gazebo Prefab Builders. I had to risk it. Boy was I surprised! They did a GREAT job and let me tell you....this thing had so many pieces it was worse than a 1000 piece, all one color puzzle! But, they knew what they were doing and got it done within 5 1/2 hours! All the other guys I had bid the job had told me it was a two man job that would take two days!!! In short....HIRE THEM!!

Kevin arrived really early in the morning and powered thru the first day for over 12 hours! in the heat and in the smoke 😫 the finished playhouse is in the exactly right spot and assembled perfectly! It was absolutely worth it! Our neighbors are also so impressed, everyone wants to hire Kevin now!
I had a great experience with Gazebo Prefab! My project was a bit...unique. Kevin approached things with an open mind and - even when pieces were missing, offered handcrafted solutions and a path forward. Highly recommend working with these folks!
I did some research on these guys and they delivered what’s advertised. They are indeed experts in Yardistry products especially the Costco gazebo. They can on time. Practiced social distancing, finished quickly with quality work. Save your back and use these guys. You will not be disappointed. Scott and his helper were true professionals. Will use them again no question!
The job was done well, but there were some screws and plastic laying about after. The roof panels were set on the grass during setup and it ended up killing/burning the grass underneath.
Guys ran a little late due to car trouble but finished job much earlier then I expected. They worked theirs butts off in the blazing hot sun and got it done. This Gazebo, a 12 x 20 Sojag Messina comes with an awful lot of parts and many hundreds of screws. Reviews online suggested 2 guys would take a minimum of 8 hours and more then likely much longer. It was WELL worth the money to have someone that had already done many them to install ours. I'm very grateful for their services and would certainly recommend them to anybody needing Gazebo help
Was able to contact them through Thumbtack and book an appointment for the following week which was great. I was expecting two people to come to build the play structure, however only one was available. Scott did a great job putting it together all by himself and making sure that everything was put on the play structure where I wanted it to go. I would hire them again to put some items together, however if it was a large object I would hope there would be two people so that it would not take them as long and there would be some assistance in putting something large together like this.
