Reviews
My only criticism is they agreed to haul away all the weeds and trimmings & didn't do it.
Prompt replies from inquiries to appointments. Reasonable quote/price. Professional and Courteous. Highly recommend!
Emmanuel was very professional, responsive, and quick!!! Well hired him again for future needs
Emmanuel is highly professional and possesses excellent customer service skills!
I have never received any response. It’s been over 48 hours and no response
GB Construction installed our gutters on 12/1/23. We noticed this bad water leak a few months ago. I have now made repeated attempts to reach GB Construction to schedule them for this simple repair with no response. After spending $2400 with GB Construction (Giovanny Blanco) we thought they would remedy any issues due to their workmanship in the first few months. Apparently not. Buyer beware…. 🤷🏻♂️ ############################## Since Giovanny has chosen to twist the truth, sounds like I will need to provide some additional evidence. Mr. Giovanny stated below…. “give me a couple weeks which he did not want to wait”. If you look at the 3 text messages in addition to the message on Thumbtack, plus the 2 phone calls, it’s obvious I made many repeated attempts to reach him with no response. In addition I might point out March 4th to April 18th is actually 45 days. I think most people would agree a month and a half is more than “a couple weeks” and plenty of time to get back to your customer. You can also see from these messages there was zero reply.
Good quality and quick response and work time.
My husband and I are overly impressed with the beautiful gutters that were installed. The gutters are perfect and the work was done so professionally. Emmanuel was very personable and so willing to get the job done in our time schedule. Emmanuel was constantly in communication with us making sure that we were happy with everything and very grateful for the opportunity to work for us. I would hire GB Construction again no questions asked. Thank you Emmanuel for everything, it was a pleasure working with you.
Emmanuel quoted a great price on 7" seamless rain gutter installation. Him and his crew followed up with a great install. Showed up on time and finished on schedule. I plan on using their services again for some other improvements.
