Business required a deposit in order to schedule the job. I asked for flexibility on this deposit since payment up front without ever doing work is the most common scam in this industry. I offered to pay for the deposit, if the items were to be kept on my property. Business declined to do the job at all.

Working with Arthur and his team was a positive experience. Arthur was so responsive to every question, message and Email. We had our primary bathroom remodeled and could not be happier. From the moment we met Arthur we were happy to be working with him. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and executed it fully. We love the new bathroom!

I'm thrilled with Jaime and his team's work! Not only did he listen to what I wanted, but he also made recommendations when I wasn't sure. He was responsive and professional, finished the work ahead of schedule, and was diligent about cleaning up after the work and taking care of my house. I felt confident to leave the work unsupervised, he asked questions when he needed clarification rather than assuming, and he kept me updated with pictures throughout the process. Also his pricing was clear and fair. I will definitely use his team again for other projects and recommend him to anyone! (See before and after bathroom photos.)

The entire team at GCR was phenomenal starting with management/project management. Arthur was always responsive, and I mean immediately responsive. All concerns were always addressed with immediacy. Their commitment to quality was always evident throughout our 4-month project. They were flexible and dedicated to driving the project all the way through to the end to deliver the job 100% finished. The house turned out beautifully. Thank you GCR team! I'll be back.

GCR did an amazing job remodeling my shower. They were quick to give me an estimate and schedule the project. They started the project on time, the team arrived on time each day, AND they finished the project early. The crew was super nice. They were even considerate of my sleeping newborn. I didn’t know my door could close so quietly.

My experience with the GCR team was amazing and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Arthur came right out upon request through Thumbtack and gave us a reasonable quote. We were dreading the demolition of our deck and overhead structure. The guys showed up on time, were efficient, cleaned up, and were done in record time. They hauled away all the materials and left the site clean. I would definitely hire GCR for other projects!

Great experience with the guys at GCR Construction LLC. So good in fact I will be using them again on another job I have lined up. See 3 before and 3 after pictures for proof of their work and judge for yourselves.

I am late writing this review, but GCR retiled our shower and replaced a bathtub in November 2023. The price was extremely reasonable, and the workers were prompt and courteous. We are so happy with the work. We had minor issue with a fixture leaking, and he sent a crew out right away to resolve the issue. I highly recommend GCR for your next project.

GCR installed beautiful harwood floors in our office to match the rest in the house. Very professional and efficient.
