I had a great experience with this Genti ! Instead of pushing expensive fixes, he took the time to explain what was actually wrong and offered a simple, cost-effective solution. Super professional, showed up on time, and got the job done quickly without cutting corners. It’s rare to find someone this honest in the trade. Highly recommend!
Had an issue with my front door and he came right away and fixed this issue.
Mr. Genti was knowledgeable and resolved my concerns quickly.
GD Locksmith is very experienced and knowledgeable. Our house is over 100 years old, some so door knobs and locks are antique like.. He knew the details and dealt with them very well. Highly recommended.
Very very happy with his work. Was very respectful and professional to my wife while I was at work and walked her through everything he was doing. He took the time to measure and make sure he was doing everything the right way for us. Would definitely hire again.
Provided options, easy to work with. I recommend.
GD locksmith did an amazing job for us. Fast, clean and provided extra value by keying locks to minimize the number of keys needed on the property. Terrific job!
Where three locksmiths failed GD locksmiths was able to figure out this issue. I had a patio door that was stuck and I couldn't open it and the other locksmiths just looked at the lock and said sorry. From the moment I contacted owner Genti he was responsive, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. Genti is a locksmith Guru and I would highly recommend you hire him.
