TC was difficult to get scheduled since he is so busy. We had to reschedule 3 times because he was running late from other appointments. That being said he was willing to keep trying and willing to come at odd hours if necessary. He was pleasant and patient with my questions. I’m not sure I got all my questions answered but he steered me in the right direction for upgrading my computer and also took the time to move my data to prepare for resale or recycle.

TC was very good at explaining the technology he set up for me. Most helpful with problem solving on internet install and working with the company on choosing the correct package for my home. If you need someone to come to your home for tech support, save yourself time, money, and frustration and call TC. I recently ran into one of those frustrating tech problems where my hardware and software simply refused to cooperate. I knew I needed an experienced technician to come onsite, but I didn't have any referrals. After taking a chance on Thumbtack, I found TC. He had excellent reviews, impressive experience, and reasonable rates. He arrived on time and quickly understood my setup, diagnosed the issue, and implemented a solution. Even better, he didn't try to upsell me or convince me to purchase anything I didn't actually need—a quality that's becoming increasingly rare these days. On top of that, he's just a genuinely nice person. He's friendly, professional, communicative, and clearly enjoys solving complex technical challenges. If you value competence, honesty, and outstanding customer service, I can't recommend him highly enough. I'll absolutely be calling TC again the next time I need onsite technical support.
