I contacted Geek on Call after my PC refused to properly boot up. Rajpal arrived at my house the same day and diagnosed my problem (a failing hard drive) within minutes. After quoting me a price and taking a reasonable down payment, he took my computer and had it back to me in 48 hours, at the agreed upon price. I could not be more pleased.

I reached out to Geek on Call after having some trouble putting together my sons computer, not only did he respond back to my request in minutes he showed up the next day promptly as promised. I had made a mess with the cords, Raj took it to his shop, put it back together and sent completed pictures the same evening. The service Geek on Call provided was great. He worked to make the first preference work (printer connected to the business office's Wi-Fi), and when that was not possible due to firewalls and other factors, he worked on another option. When that did not work, he sought another solution. This showed the persistence in ensuring I could get my printer working after the visit. This was appreciated, and I will definitely use their service again!

Not sure what happened. Raj was to come over Saturday. I asked him to text me when on the way. But I never heard back from him. Maybe something came up and he couldn't come. But I got no message. I only hope he is ok. It would have been nice if he had let me know he wasn't coming. Need to up date this review. Raj got in touch with me. Seems there was a glich maybe on my side. He had tried to contact me but it never came through. Just now all of it came through. Go figure, me and gadgits sometime don't get along. He's to come this Wed now. So thank you Raj for being so responsive and quick to get back to me.

Personi was talking to on the app said it would cost $900 to build a computer and mirror an older desktop with backups. ive done it before myself and it is not worth $900 norwouldvit take longer than 3hours
