How do you take photos of not answering the phone? Or deleting half of my computer? They left me with no Office so I had to purchase I could not print I have a list AND still 1/2 literally of my computer doesn't work - 1 complete SSD drive not recognized so that means not enough memory to do many things BUT I once was able to - BEFORE THEY CAME AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ELDERLY AND HANDICAP LADY!

This company was completely unhelpful and left me with more issues than I started with. They also loaded their own software to remote into my computer, The person that was working with me did not answer any of my questions and was very unresponsive. Furthermore I received odd charges on my card afterwards.
