Reviews
From start to finish, everything was handled with the utmost professionalism. This team responded to my computer questions immediately and resolved my issue. Couldn’t ask for better service. Five stars for customer satisfaction!
Geeks were very responsive and easy to work with during our calls. And, when my new computer arrived and I no longer needed them to follow up they were most gracious in canceling my month service plan
Someone at Geeks on Site helped me schedule a repair person for the HP plotter. It was for the next day - nobody showed up and nobody called me to explain, nor to reschedule (?)
Be more reliable when scheduling appointments, 3 appointments scheduled and each time one after the other tech. Assigned to me couldn’t make the appointment and you think at a $100 an hour they would be more reliable paying up front for 3 hours and I reported this charge to my bank as services not received and my bank will be calling them investigating this charge, I will never trust on site geek squad again due to UNRELIABLE services!
send more knowledgeable people with proper equipment
Mathew was a gentleman, his work ethic was very high and discussed everything with me
Cancelled multiple times
Very Professional
While I did not end up using Geeks on Site (the problem was resolved). Their professionalism and responsiveness was very much appreciated.
I called the number of Geeks on Site and spoke with Dustin. Explained the problem clearly even demonstart6ed the beeping sound. They charged me $149 for a prospective service. On the day the techician arrived. ALthough a very nice guy, all he did is just confirmed that my external drive is not workin, what I knew already without his confirmation. He told me that he doesn't know what the problem is and that my device needs to be disassembled in a sterile shop. Wasn't it clear from my description of the problem on a phone that the device has to be opened. The guy told me that he doesn't want to open it not to damage it. And he left. So, no service, not even a diagnostics and $149.00 are gone in a puff. Not professional, not considerate not a service. I won't recomm it to anyone.
My printer and computer are now running tip top.
