Never fixed my problem, my computer wouldn't turn on and the tech only cme for 20 minutes unprepared pressed he start button and didn't know what was the problem. He left in 20 minutes when they said they had 3 hours to try to fix the problem

I was not totally happy with the service. I was looking for a more indepth look at my computer in terms of troubleshooting. The technician reset my Bios which has seemed to help. Also ran a diagnostic and a stress test which is passed. In the end, he didn't really come with any reasons the computer was acting up. And he didn't utilize anywhere the near 3 hours I booked for additional testing/evaluation. He seemed to be also juggling a primary remote job at the same time. Overall, the service wasn't especially useful or educational to me, although the machine seems to be behaving better after the reset.
Technician was great, though did not fix the problem with the printer. He said he thought it was the "mother" board. Follow up from Geeks on Site was confusing. Different calls, no continuity. Never spoke to someone that had any idea about what next steps might be. Calls seem to be in the Florida area. A poor rating for Thumbtack.
Friendly yet professional, and knew how to install what I asked for.
Great work by Frank. Poor communication as to when he would arrive.
I have had no problem since but I do agree I need malware in this computer
