Show up for appointments. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They do not show up and not willing to make this right. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I can’t say enough bed things about them. Rude and unprofessional
Follow through with making sure someone shows up to help.
Hard to understand. It took awhile to fix my printer. Then I had to call back. It quit working again. Not happy.
False Advertisement. They state they charge hourly rate but when asked to install wireless cameras along with installing internet they want $120 per camera.
William did a great job with my laptop. I failed to get a receipt tho Please send asap. Thank you
