The local technician was excellent, and I was very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness, and troubleshooting skills. This review is not about him—it is about the company, which I cannot recommend. I found the company's pricing and sales practices misleading. The advertised cost is $99 for an "initial estimate," but customers are also required to pay a $49 monthly support fee and a $25 on-site technician fee. Given those additional charges, describing the service as a $99 initial estimate feels inaccurate. I was also told by the salesperson that canceling the monthly support plan would be simple. That was not my experience. When I called to cancel, I was transferred to an account manager who, instead of processing my request, immediately launched into a sales pitch for the support plan. While the technician provided excellent service, my interactions with the company's sales and billing processes left me frustrated and unwilling to do business with them again.
customer service reps are incredibly rude, lack professionalism and laugh at you about scheduling questions. I paid and used this service once, never again. My computer will not run windows start up after they left and I have been unsuccessful in getting them back to my home.
He was very good at what he did and I was totally satisfied although he was not able to fix my printer, he explained why and I understood. I would use him again with no hesitation.
