The job was quickly fixed & completed within a short period of time. He was knowledgeable & able to find the solution within a 15 minute timeframe. Also able to explain how to fix my computer if I run into this problem again.
Walter did a wonderful job of helping us. He walked us through every step. He was very patient and kind and helped us with our problem. He made sure that everything was done.I will continue to use them.
Chris did get both of my printers working. However, Geeks on site was expensive.
