The technician who originally came out (Michael) was quite good and informative -- but unfortunately, the printer had started to work shortly before he came. Nonetheless, he updated the printer firmware, did some tests, and talked to me about possible problems and how to fix them if the problem came back. He also assured me that I would have 7 days guarantee on his service. When the printer stopped working again (same problem) 7 days later, Geeks On Site told they would charge me for a technician to come out again, and then only after I reordered original Canon ink cartridges. The company had not been completely upfront about their prices upfront anyway. This is at least the third time I have used ThumbTack, a service which is convenient and easy to use. This particular vendor, however, has been suboptimal.

Originally there was a misunderstanding as to when the tech was to show up. I was confused that I had to relinquish credit card information without a price. Which was odd and scary to give a business credit card over the phone without a definitive price. Overall our issue was fixed in literally 5 minutes or less. So i was shocked of the price of $200.00. We were in desperate need since we are an operating business. If they would of come out the same day I would have understood the high price. But I would not use them again or recommend them just because information was unclear and because of the billing situation.
