Did a fantastic job setting up my internet. Gabe great suggestions, worked very quickly, and made sure everything was perfect before he left. Plus my dogs LOVED him! Thank you so much, and I look forward to having you do more work in the future!
Elias demonstrated exceptional professionalism in assessing my requirements. He successfully installed two RJ45 cables to a room that previously lacked internet connectivity, while preserving the functionality of my other devices and running them cleanly through the walls. It was a pleasure to collaborate with him.
I would like to thank, Elias, who came out and made this project a reality. It started as a headache and high quotes, but when he arrived and saw what he was working with, he had a quick solution and an organized plan. Overall, everything that I asked for and an audible I threw in there, Elias made it work to perfection.
Purchased previously the S2dio Indoor Power Adapter for Nest Doorbell (wired) and Nest Doorbell (battery)*. Had a different contractor who damaged my wall while trying to run the wires of the power adapter inside the house but it wouldn’t power my doorbell properly afterwards. I needed a Google Nest Doorbell hardwired to a transformer that is rated for 16-24 V AC, 10-40 VA that provided enough power to the doorbell. The whole process from start to finish was great; Elias took the time to discuss the various options available and what would work best for me. Workmanship was excellent, installation was not rushed, but still finished quicker than the allocated time. First class service and would highly recommend them. Friendly and professional in their communication and installation. Elias even went above and beyond to install the components where I wanted as well as configure it to my personal preference. Prices are transparent and everything explained clearly before and after installation. Give them a go if you are after excellent customer service, you won’t be disappointed. I have no hesitation in recommending GeekTek Solutions; a great company with a very personal touch.
My last house was networked with CAT 5 cable and I got used to having that option available throughout the house. I recently moved and quickly realized that was something I didn't want to lose. He was able to wire my whole house with CAT 6 in about a day and a half. The quality of work was excellent and he went out of his way to explore options to minimize any excess cuts in the drywall. He even went to the hardware store to get some pvc pipe to use down the side of the laundry chute to avoid having to make multiple cuts in the wall on the second floor. While he was wrapping up on day 1, i was installing a nest doorbell and came across an issue with there not being enough power to stream video. He tested the cable and was able to determine that the issue was with the transformer. As luck would have it, he had one in his van and was able to replace it in just a few minutes and got my new doorbell up and running. My old nest doorbell at my previous house always had issues with power and connectivity, but this doorbell has had a steady connection and no power interruptions since. I couldn't be happier with the service, it was worth every penny.
By far one of the most professional, knowledgable, and kind local businesses! Showed up on-time and troubleshooted the Ethernet issues and terminated everything in a fast and quality manner. Also, tested everything to make sure all was 100%! Can’t recommend enough! A+ rating!
Excellent job all around. He was super helpful and worked with me to help me keep the cost of the project down. All of the cable runs are super clean. He even cleaned up and organized the other cables in the basement for us! Highly recommended!
Elias at geektek solutions was a highly educated professional person who installed rj45 on my ethernet wires, face plates and installed a tv and access points. His work was perfect and detail oriented. He was professional and was personable to talk to. He finished the job in a time full manner. I would definitely hire him again whenever I need anything done.
great experience. Really cares about his customers. Had an Ethernet port set up in my bedroom and couldn’t be happier.
