We had bifold doors installed today for our laundry/hot water heater area, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew worked diligently to make sure everything was done right, and they were super friendly throughout the process. Pros: They were able to come out the same day and the service was quoted cheaper than others. Cons: They showed up an hour later than promised and did not contact me that they were running behind scheduled time. Soon after installation, I realized the light fixture was not balanced. When I contacted them to see if they can come out and take a look at it, they went MIA, no follow up what so ever. S

Overall ok. The team was fast but that came at a cost in quality. For example, they installed baseboards but left a weird old piece in the corner so it doesn’t match (see photo). They painted the walls and one spot is so bumpy I’ll have to redo it. See photo.

We had a tough area to install recessed cans but they made it happen. They pulled the wire for us to all of the lights which allowed us to get them wired up. Clean end product and they super respectful to keep the living area clean.

Their team was fantastic! When they went to install 1 of our 2 light fixtures we realized we were missing a part of the hardware. They stayed an extra hour to let us go buy the missing part of the fixture then installed it without any extra charge. For the value we will definitely use their team again and appreciated their punctuality and availability within 24 hours of our quote!
