Has to improve the way fences are installed. He Came with not enough fence posts and then made up for it by bending the top rail to attach to my old fence. Look at the chainlink how it rides up over the top rail. When I asked him to fix it he said that he warned me about it beforehand. This is bad work and no accountability. Can’t recommend him.

Jose did a wonderful job at a reasonable offer with removing the old chain link fence and installing the new white vinyl fence. He was very responsive and finished the project in a timely manner. Jose at General Work is a very talented and reliable contractor. He was prompt, did excellent work at a fair price, communicated well, and worked with me when we had any project misunderstandings. He is one of the best companies I've hired in a long time. My Project: I had a project with several complex needs that had to be accomplished to make it work properly. - Needed a >3' retaining wall with a fence near my back property line. I was gaining 3-4' in the back but couldn't go beyond the line; it was on a grade, and we had to stay under 3' for city ordinances. - Needed to demo the existing cement wall down to the soil level. - Needed to add a 12' long steel-framed sliding gate. - Needed a door (aka mandoor) next to the gate. - Needed a removable yet lockable post between the gate and the door. - Needed room for my RV to clear with an existing grade and within a certain turning angle. - Needed everything lockable, with the ability to add a gate motor later. He took my drawing and engineered this project with meticulous attention to detail, which turned out spectacularly! I can't tell you how happy I am that Jose and his crew made my vision come to fruition.
