I contacted Marco for a complex construction project for my house and I was impressed with him, he had lots of ideas on how to improve the space and sometimes made me feel like he was talking about his own house, that really showed me he cares about the project, I'm planning on using him for this project and I will update this review on how the experience was but so far, If you are looking for a general contractor who will care, don't look further.

Our experience with Marco, our general contractor for our 1,000 square foot DADU project for my parents to live in was a good one. Marco met my expectations in communication, keeping us informed and never leaving us in the dark. As someone new to construction, I appreciated his patience and willingness to explain without any hint of condescension. When we encountered a problem we needed to fix, he was respectful and professional, and worked on solutions. The final product was beautiful and my parents are happy with their new home. Marco’s ability to keep us on budget was commendable, and his eye for aesthetics and his hardworking and genuine nature made the entire experience enjoyable. We never felt overcharged or taken advantage of, and this trust is invaluable in the construction industry. Marco and the GenPro team did a great job remodeling our basement. We had an unfinished basement that we finished with a living room, new bathroom, new bedroom, and laundry room. We were on a tight timeline, but fortunately Marco's team started work only 3 days after we agreed to the bid. As with any major construction project, there were a few hiccups but GenPro not only fixed them, they also covered several of the fixes themselves without charging me additional cost. In particular, I owe Eric - the foreman on our project - extra appreciation. His experience and creativity were very valuable; I can't even count how many opportunities he identified to either improve the work with smart suggestions or to rectify a seemingly difficult issue somewhat easily. Ultimately, everything was top-notch quality and the cost was far more reasonable. My family runs a construction business in a different city and they were amazed at how great the work was for the cost. My one piece of advice is to over-communicate with Marco throughout the project; at first I thought I would be bothering him, but you should know he is very conscientious and wants to deliver results, so don't hesitate to ask for frequent updates and make sure everyone is on the same page. For reference, our basement remodel took ~11 weeks from start to finish.

Marco and his team did a good job doing a room remodel for us for a reasonable price. He was easy to work with and very accommodating when it came to last minute changes. There are also aspects like a honey bucket, laying down paper and plastic to keep our floors clean, he offered for cleaners to come after the job is done and using zipper walls to protect the rest of the rooms from dust that I appreciate.

Marco and his crew just completed a project for us. He showed professionalism, great communication and punctuality from the start. He and his crew worked diligently with great quality of work. Marco finished the project by bringing a cleaning crew and showed that he had thought about all aspects of the project.
