I was definitely nervous about the hot water tank issue. But Joe came in and figured it . We are up and running again. Gave some future maintenance tips. Was affordable and was a blessing.
GenServPro was able to send a tech out at 9:30PM since no one would be home until after seven pm. When Joe arrived he was courteous and knowledgeable. We were glad that the hot water heater could be repaired and did not need to be replaced. He was able to repair it on the spot! He was done and gone by 11:30PM. Joe arrived on time and did a very thorough investigation of the reasons for the leak. During this investigation he discovered a second pin hole on the same water line. He was able to replace a few feet of it with Pex and stop the leaks. He also helped me with a couple other small things. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism and the good work that he did.
A few plumbers came and walked away (Back to wall concealed tank system) from fixing the leak. GenServ came and fixed it.. I had been plumber shopping for 3 months. A lot of plumbers came and created a huge deal. GenServ made it look simple and after 3 hr my toilet is working again.. GenServ is the only company i have come across with expertise in Back to the wall-concealed tank system.
