“I recently used Genteel Plumber to fix a blind leak in the underground water pipe that runs from the water meter to our house in San Francisco. It entailed digging up the concrete sidewalk to locate the leak, replacing the pipe, and repaving the sidewalk. I needed the work completed within 24 hours due to my travel schedule.Genteel came within an hour or so of my calling them and provided me with the best- and worst-case scenario quotes. They started work right away, and unfortunately the job turned into the worst-case scenario (more digging and a bigger job). Four technicians came to work on the job: Edgar, Hernan, Luis, and Joe. They were very professional and answered ALL of my questions throughout the repair process. They were able to replace the pipe, refill the hole, and clean up the area the first day, and came by the next morning to repave the sidewalk with concrete. Since they were already at my house, I asked one of the new technicians (Daniel) to replace the refill valve in my toilet. He was also very professional and competent.I was very pleased with Genteels responsiveness and professionalism, and I would use them again.”
