Davit is one of the best! I truly enjoyed working with him!
GEO Construction did an amazing job building a custom bookshelf for my space. The quality of the work is exceptional, and it fits the room perfectly. Great communication, professional service, and stunning results. I’ll definitely be reaching out for future projects!
I found him on Thumbtack & hired Davit Morchadze. He first gave me a price of $7,000 plus materials to do an arch entry between the dining room & living room. Then do very simple crownmolding, Wainscoting, hanging wallpaper & painting. & an arched small entertainment area. The square footage of the house is 2100. I landed up paying just for this work $31,000 including materials. He did a very shoddy job of painting & wall paper. I would keep away from this guy. His helper was his old uncle who can barely move & his uncle’s son. He will not answer any calls. son.
Davit refurbished, repaired, and painted my deck and fence in one Saturday. He and his assistant worked non-stop on a very hot day to get everything done. Not only were they fast, but the end result was perfect. I was extremely pleased. They were a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely re-hire them for future projects. Highly recommend!!
David and team were wonderful! Had several carpentry, painting, and overall maintenance issues I needed help with, and they were great. Quick, commutative, on time, fair and honest on price, already recommended him to our neighbors with similar projects.
How about standing behind his companies word! David came and quoted for work and was to send paperwork the following day & call and rescheduled however, I have not seen him since. Totally unprofessional and unethical.
He did plumbing, furniture, and drywall for me. He did an amazing job on all 3 projects He arrives on time , completes work within reasonable time, and clean up afterwards. He picked up items from Home Depot for me and didn't want to charge me extra even though I insisted. I trust him with any prohect.
Davit did a great job patching drywall and painting it over at a very reasonable price. He arrived right on time and was terrific to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
I cannot recommend Geo Handyman Davit Morchadze enough! From start to finish, he exceeded every expectation I had. His professionalism is truly outstanding. He communicates clearly, shows up exactly when he says he will, and treats your home with respect. What really sets Davit apart is his craftsmanship and attention to detail. The drywall repair was flawless—you literally cannot tell there was ever any damage. His painting work is just as impressive: clean lines, smooth finishes, and a level of precision that speaks to real expertise. On top of that, his pricing is very fair for the quality you receive. You’re not just paying for a service—you’re investing in perfection. He works efficiently without ever cutting corners, which is rare to find. If you’re looking for someone who delivers top-tier drywall repair and painting with incredible value, Davit is hands down the best handyman to go to. Trust me—you will NOT regret it! Kudos to you Davit! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
