There was a new leak from my water heater. I was out of warranty and nervous. I contacted Thumbtack and was connected to George of Georgia Rooter Servicea. He was amazing! He explain the issues and what needed to be done. The level of eduction and the ability to easily explain an issue I had no knowledge of made the experience more pleasurable than the worry I originally felt. Thank you George! I appreciate you!
Alex came ready to work while replacing the cartridge on the water spout to stop the leaking. I will refer him to everyone
Georgi called me and came out within the window I was promised. He was friendly and also explained to me the work that needed to be done. I will definitely use them again for any of my plumbing needs. Greta to work with and fixed me up running in no time. Def 5 stars.
Awesome awesome awesome work , thank you so much highly recommend
Well equipped and sense of urgency to solve the situation..
Edin did an excellent job on explaining and clearing my main sewer line. He explained everything thoroughly and showed me how tree roots have infested my main sewer line. He gave a quote to repair the sewer line & it beat every other quote i was able to get! Would recommend this company 10/10!
I had issue with roots in my pipes. They were able to fix the issue the same day. Great Job!
Highly recommend! They were very quick and efficient. I can't wait to use them again for more projects coming up. If you need someone reasonably priced and does great work these are your guys!
Edin was great. I had reached out to plumbers on a Thurs late afternoon. Edin knew exactly what the problem was and even offered to come look at it that evening. He took care of the immediate issue and had a crew come the next day to dig a trench and replace pipes that had roots growing into them. He was incredibly responsive, courteous, and was able to explain thoroughly what was going on. Great follow up. I highly recommend this company and if I should ever have any plumbing issues (I hope I don't), I'll be calling them first.
