UNINSURED COMPANY. If I could give them zero stars I would. If they break something of yours they will NOT reimburse and if you inquire they will stop answering completely. I hired them for a May 18th move. In their service, Lavardo said the fee includes all packing materials including a mattress cover. Keep in mind when they got to my home they had no mattress cover and covered my brand new white mattress with a dirty used moving blanket. It took me 40+ minutes to clean the filth off my bed when I finally set it up. They also dinged up my brand new wooden dresser with scratches and because they used NO moving blankets (wrapped a layer around the dresser w/ shrink wrap, it didn’t even cover the entire dresser smh). And broke a plant pot of mine. I alerted Marquez before they finished and said he would go back to the office and send me over the insurance information. (Something they could’ve easily deducted from what I paid) Fast forward, I’ve called over 10 times for two months to either get no calls returned, told they would submit a claim didn’t happen, said the manager John would call, didn’t happen (I don’t even think John is a real person). Told me they would send a message when they submit the claim, didn’t happen…and so on. The last time I connected with someone was July 3rd where Marquez would continuously say they’ve been busy and he’ll get to it. Haven’t heard from them since and you can see where they last read my message and never responded to it. Note: after a few weeks of calling them back and forth for a resolution, they clearly on the 2177 phone number was sending my number directly to voicemail so I had to start calling the other number 4533 which Lavardo answered but then he stopped completely when I kept following up and questioning why this is taking so long. Even AFTER Thumbtack reached out to them on my behalf they still haven’t resolved it with me even though they told TT otherwise. They may try to lie in their reply to me but believe me I have all the receipts, calls, pictures and emails between thumbtack. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. (Check their yelp reviews too)

Everything was good until I saw that my tv was damaged.I purchased the so called " protection plan" for 45 dollars and my tv got damaged anyway. I was made to feel lke it was my fault ad the company doesn't seemed to be concerned about it. alot of hidden fees were added that was not discussed before the job was assigned. review is from Nicole.
Terrible experience from beginning to end. I didn’t want to write this review but after finding out they ruined the threads to my $1000+ glass table that I was keeping for storage & breaking my 65 inch tv. Whoever is in charge of this company only cares about a pay check he will send inexperienced workers so he can make as much as possible. Don’t let the hourly price fool you. You’ll pay more than expected & may have your items damaged
I was quoted one price and charged another. I had a vase, $1200 picture, and a crystal lamp broken. In which I found glass on side of my house from the broken picture that they tried to hide. When I asked for insurance information I was given false information. One guy quit on the job. One guy said I didn’t include packing. Horrible experience.
The movers were very proficient and the work they did was excellent. The only complaint i have was that I was told they would be on the job at 9:00 sharp, but they didn’t show up until 10:00.
I needed to hire a crew last minute and these guys came through! Worked super hard, super fast, and were very professional. I’ve already talked to them about a few more jobs that I need them to do for me. I definitely recommend them!
We hired Georgia State Movers to relocate a vintage cast iron bathtub as part of our move, and they did an amazing job! The crew arrived on time, came prepared with heavy-duty dollies and straps, and carefully wrapped the tub to protect it from any dings. They navigated some tight corners and a flight of stairs without a scratch on the tub or our walls. Highly Recommend !! :)
I would recommend these movers to anyone!! I was u certain about my move time and they were extremely flexible and accommodating. They were professional, had a great moving system and wouldn’t let me lift a finger! Nothing was damaged. Thank you all for such a great move!
