Jay did an amazing job. It was a simple shower drain fix, but he was prompt, responsive, and got the job done super quick. With me being an out of town landlord, he made sure that I was sent videos and pictures confirming everything was fixed. Will use him again in the future.

Jay was immediately responsive to my issue (ice maker failure). Showed up in Sunday afternoon at zero extra charge! Worked through the problem very analytically and isolated the problem. Ended up fixing the water line and, as a consequence, repaired all functions of an under counter ice makers well! Excellent at his job! I couldn’t be more pleased and will recommend him to others. My son needed a new outside faucet installed and a gas fireplace line plugged. Jason is the Get Rite Plumbing owner. He responded to my inquiry in under 45 minutes and was at the house looking at the work inside of an hour. In total, the job was finished in about 2 hours. It would have been quicker but he had to go to a hardware store for a brass gas line plugged Very professional. All his equipment was clean. His work van was organized perfectly. Whenever we need a plumber, Jason at Get Rite Plumbing will get our call.

Jay did an amazing job installing our new toilets! He was very responsive and willing to explain the process so we fully understood all of our options. As new homeowners, we were unsure about locating and turning off the water main; he took the time to show how it worked. He also gave advice on some other upcoming projects which was appreciated.
