Get There was on point. He keep me aware of his ETA. Upon arrival he had the parts shipped to my home didn’t know if that was part of the problem. Quick response, with the appointment the very next day. Polite, professional, and on time. The job was finished in one visit, and the treadmill has worked well ever since. The price was fair for the work. I would hire them again and recommend them!
Marvin responded to me within a half hour and we made an appointment for the next day. He looked at my washer and thought I needed a new pump initially, but he noticed there was much gunk in the washer and drainage hoses. He worked to clean it out for almost 5 hours and he was so professional and worked so hard and he was able to clean it all out and I did not need a pump so he saved me the cost of the pump! I recommend him as highly as possible. He was fabulous!

Marvin was excellent! From responding to my request, to coming to diagnose the problem with my Samsung dryer. He also checked on my washer after I mentioned a few things about it. Not only did he fix the dryer, he also fix the issue with my washer all at a very affordable price. He also left the work area clean!
