Hands down the best service ever! Gig-IT just mounted my 75" TV and a soundbar, and honestly, my only regret is not calling them sooner. They replied to my message almost instantly and asked just a few quick, smart questions to figure out exactly what was needed. On the day of the job, they actually followed through and texted me in the morning like they said they would, plus let me know when they were heading out and exactly when they’d arrive. (Honestly, most independent contractors never do this, so it was a huge relief). Two guys showed up right on time and did the whole thing themselves—I didn't have to lift a finger. They were super respectful and happily put on shoe covers when I asked. They also added the soundbar for a really small extra fee and brought their own high-quality full-motion/tilt mount, so I didn't even have to buy one. It's a great high-spec mount, which makes it super easy to reach the cables back there if I ever need to. To top it all off, they cleaned up everything and took all the trash and boxes with them when they left. The setup looks absolutely perfect. I'm 100% using them again for my next project. Highly recommend!

He basically lied. I couldn’t have been more clear to him so he knew but played off that he didn’t. Explained I wanted to connect my work lap top to my desktop so I can have two screens and drag from one to other. I showed him hdmi curds and adapters so I can utilize one mouse one keyboard and one foot pedal. When he arrived He said he never hooked up to desktop before I asked my son ti bring down monitor and showed him I already had a small one but needed an a power cord. He responded. ‘That’s okay. I should be able to do it ‘ Then he takes the liberty of doing his own bogus setup by installing the not safe download which did absolutely nothing But he lied and led me to believe o could use one mouse and drags from one screen to other I recorded him but now he says he can’t come back to Tuesday and can do remote after he tells me he said s computer desktop wouldn’t work. He never said that and declined my offer of monitor. I’m demanding refund from this liar
Jeff did a great job with mounting the tv, I would definitely recommend him for the task and would love to work with him again in future.
