Ricky and his crew did not disappoint. From responding and offering to transport my toilets that were delivered to the wrong place back to the home that I am moving to they were bright and early Monday morning, and the job was seamless, and they even carried away the cartons and the old commodes I will recommend them hands down to anyone looking for a serious plumber. I will add photos when I’m back at the house tomorrow.

Ricky and his team are awesome! The work was done quickly but with care.
Ricky did a great job replacing my grandmother’s kitchen faucet. Really kind gentleman and his prices are very reasonable. I’d use him any day and I highly recommend him for his services. Grade A solid work.
Ricky of GIG Plumber provides excellent service. He was very professional and attentive to the details of the job and explained when necessary the steps he would take to complete the job. The visit turned into several jobs and they handled the extended time with ease. I would hire again in an instant!
Kept cancelling confirmed appointments and delaying and very unresponsive. Empty promises. Do not recommend. Said the app has delay in relaying my messages but strangely I don’t have the issue with anyone else so not sure if this is just an excuse for not showing up at promised times
Ricky provided quote, scheduled appointment and completed work as per our expectation. streamlined process well and flexible in working with timings. Thanks again for fixing the issue in a timely manner.
Great work, fast service, polite and professional. Will definitely use Ricky again. Thank you!
Came fast worked hard but expensive
Hector is great! He was able to fix the toilet and install new one. He is awesome and will use him again.
Very knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Ricky was available fast, responsive, professional and made sure everything was well protected and left clean. He replaced a relatively complicated shower faucet system for us and did a great job. Will definitely hire Ricky again for the next job.
GIG LLC was very good. And plan to use in rhe future. Thanks again
Ricky is very professional, he answered all my questions. Have to say my experience was exceptional. I definitely will hire again for future jobs. Recommanded for anyone with any plumbing issue!
Ricky is awesome! I had a leaky pipe the day before Thanksgiving. I had to result to using a pot in my kitchen sink and refused to do so in order to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Reached out to this pro to save the day. He responded within minutes and was out to the house before I knew it. Completed this project the same day. Reasonable price, professional explained everything, and cleaned up after. He even checked my water heater! Ricky literally saved my family holiday! I look forward to working with him in the future. Definitely saving this number!
Sorry this review is so late. Great service, very professional, and very responsive. My kitchen sink was a tricky one, and he repaired quickly, and at a fair price!
Ricky was very responsive and helpful. He was punctual and diligent with helping us create a new washer line. We will gladly work with him again!
