It was great to finally meet and have someone that can help us with our copier needs/repairs. Gilbert came and found the problem with our copier quickly and we now have a working unit for our church bulletins. We will certainly be using Gilbert for future repairs if needed. Highly recommend him!!!

I gave Gilbert an old, malfunctioning ‘business style’ laser-printer and he convinced Epson that my printer was defective due to a software glitch...I would have never known!!! Subsequently-he returned to me a brand new/up-to-date printer at NO ADDITIONAL COST from Epson. I payed him his fee and walked away with a newer/better product!!! Thank you Gilbert!
