He replaced my MacBook screen and the new screen would not shut off. MacBook stays on even when its closed constantly draining battery. He said they used the wrong screen and would get back to me. Haven't heard from him since. Definitely wished I had gone to Apple care.

Jaden arrived on time and very professional. The job consisted of removing an Orbi router system, and putting in a Deco wireless routing system. Any Issues that arose he would confer with his manager and or direct with the products company. On completion I was very happy with the service.
Friendly tech was sent but bad business management. Late arrival, over-billing, undisclosed travel fee, time spent waiting rather than working and issue still unresolved. Below average experience where pricing, transparency, and outcome were unsatisfactory.
