Greg was super responsive and accommodating. He came to assess work needed on our ceiling and to our surprise was able to begin and complete the job right away within an hour and a half at a reasonable price. I plan to use him again for future projects and would highly recommend his services.

Had a broken storm door repaired. The doorframe was crooked, so it took a bit of effort to fix, but Greg took the time to make sure it was done right, and at a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire him for future work.

Greg from GK Electric and Construction just completed a redo of our front porch. He was professional and communicative throughout checking to be sure he was doing as we were wanting throughout the project. We are happy with the finished project and look forward to using Greg again.
I hired Greg to install pex tubing in a bedroom for heat and connect it to the existing furnace. There was already a heater baseboard installed. I also asked him to cover the pex under the window with wood so it had a clean look covering the hot tubing. His price was $800 and that was the best he could do. I didn’t like the price but I agreed because he kept saying he could do anything construction and I needed the job done asap. Greg started at 4:20p and “finished” just before 7p, so less than 3 hours of labor. Greg did not prime the heating system so that the room had heat before he left. He left it up to me to do. Greg did not do the trim work to hide the pipe tubing. He said I could buy insulation for the tubing instead. I expected a reasonable amount of money deducted from his $800 initial quote for the work he did not do. He subtracted $50. The parts that Greg brought were about $150. I paid him $750 cash. $600 of that was his labor charge. $200/hour??? Greg did not come with a shop vac or a broom to clean up after himself. He asked me if he could use my broom and dust pan. Greg also asked me to assist him most of the 3 hours he was working. The hours total he worked was low BECAUSE I helped him and he didn’t finish the job. I’m thinking, why am I helping him when he said he could do anything? I was most annoyed that Greg left me to figure out how to purge the heating system myself which I have zero experience in doing. In essence, all he did was drill holes in drywall, cut the ends of the existing copper pipes, and attach new pex. I could have YouTubed that and done it myself. He did not complete the job in my mind which was to make sure heat was working in that specific room. I ended up hiring a real plumber an extra 3 hours to purge the ENTIRE system of air. Greg told me to purge 2 lines which did not work. Greg also did not give me a receipt for his work when I asked for one. I paid him $750 cash for a half ass job. I have not heard from him again. I would not hire him again, nor would I recommend him to anyone. He is overpriced, overconfident, saying “I’m a perfectionist with everything I do.” Really? He does not know how to do “everything”. If he was a perfectionist, he would have done everything he quoted me he would do and leave the job site immaculate. Buyers beware!

Hired GK to ‘finish’ my painting where I could not reach - up stairwell and very high foyer area. Willing to conquer this more-than-normal tedious task of 3 different paint colors on walls and ceiling. Arrived on time, started right away and worked without stopping until complete.
