Edit: After posting this review, the company called me and gave me a full refund for the cleaning. Thus, I changed the 1 star to 2 stars. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Haggled me for more money and still wanted full price after I sent these pictures. Run! Nice guy but not a real cleaner. And there are worse pictures.
I’ll start with the good things first: they cleaned the bathrooms well, minus sediment left in tub that should’ve been rinsed or wiped away. They wiped everything down, stove looks clean, floors were mopped but were left wet and in some areas there’s hairs on the ground that the mop left behind. The bad stuff: they arrived an hour later than scheduled and tried to blame it on traffic. It’s Labor Day, there was no traffic anywhere- I checked Google Maps and everything was green. They lied about washing the bed linens. They made the beds, claiming they were washed. When I pointed out there were hairs on the bed linens still and stains on the comforter, he said he didn’t wash the comforter but he did wash the linens. I have a smart tower washing machine and I get a notice when the machines were used. There’s no record of them being used while they were here. The photos with the wash cycles are the ones that I did after they left.
amazing service and hospitality! Vladimir & Natasha were absolutely the best, they went above and beyond to help with the little improvements around the house while getting it clean from top to bottom. highly recommend for my neighbors and will ask for them again specifically when I have a project coming up!
This is perhaps the best cleaning service I’ve used - the kitchen stovetop was cleaned spotless, years or buildup was removed. And she is so efficient with time, arrived on time and completed the job within the hours. I am very happy that i found them
I absolutely loved my cleaning service. Globus did a great job at cleaning my living areas and bathrooms. The cleaning personnel were kind and attentive to areas I wanted tidied. My showers were left spotless! I can’t wait to hire them for future cleanings. Would highly recommend!
Company is trash do not know what a deep cleaning is, over charging for a wipe down. If you need a real cleaning do not use them. And communicate is terrible.
This was WEIRD and terrible. Asked in advance for a ‘move-out’ cleaning and ‘post-pet’ odor and pest spray + and invoice reflecting this so I could get my security deposits back. They said absolutely/do it all the time. People showed up with a can of Raid bug spray. ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to send me an invoice. Got super aggressive and told me they won’t put anything in writting because they are not a professional company. I refused to pay until they did. I was stuck with these people trying to intimidate me for 2+ hours. Absolutely insane. Claimed they never agreed to it, even after I sent them screenshots claiming they would. Eventually they sent me one. If you want a so-so cleaning service that will make you feel unsafe and not follow through, call “Globus”.
