They have shown that they are an honest company and I appreciate their sincerity to resolve an issue
Gave a good price and was very helpful and fixed my computer right away
Very knowledgeable and professional! My PC has never been cleaner, and Tahir was able to quickly diagnose and fix a problem that I had been trying to for weeks! Highly recommend and will be using Glorious Star again.
Wow Tahir did such and amazing job and was quick and efficient. Resolved my issue very quickly. 5 stars and would hire again in the future.
Glorious Star did a wonderful and efficient job switching my internet from Spectrum to the T-Mobile Gateway. Yes, I could have eventually done the work myself, but at least now I know it was done correctly. It was well worth using Glorious Star for this work. I would certainly use them again.
Tahir was incredibly helpful in setting up a new router, firewall and home network for our household since we've experienced problems of home network hacking/intrusions from outside parties. He also helped backup and format some of our computers that we suspected were compromised, and went out of his way to clean one that had some dust and debris. All in all Tahir is a very knowledgeable and experienced technician who listens to your concerns and needs and goes above and beyond in solving your problems. Highly recommend his services!
Tahir couldn’t have been more polite, courteous, professional, patient and respectful. What a joy he was to do business with. He was both knowledgeable and efficient. We will not hesitate to call him going forward. I’d rate him A+.
Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Ted is a wonderful man and does everything as promised and more. Thank you.
Tahir was very helpful with my problem and I am happy with the results of the work he performed.
Tahir was very helpful, professional, punctual, friendly. My PC was fully fixed within an hour & a half, and I have 0 complaint. I will definitely be seeking out your services again when I want to upgrade my PC to have an extra SSD.
Very professional, quick, and solved the issue. He knows what he is doing. 5 stars.
Nice man. Got the job done right and my computer is working flawlessly. I appreciate his knowledge.
The technician arrived on time and completed the work with professionalism and quality.
Tahir was very professional and helpfull. Everything was done as requested. I definitely recommend his service.
Tahir from Glorious Star LLC did an absolutely outstanding job for us. He mounted our 98” TV, which is no small task given the size and weight, and handled the entire installation with precision and professionalism. He took the time to ensure everything was perfectly aligned, secure, and positioned exactly where we wanted it. On top of that, he also helped us reposition the wiring to install our new video doorbell camera outside of our patio, making sure the placement gave us the best possible view and coverage. What really stood out was how thorough and helpful he was throughout the entire process. He didn’t rush the job, answered our questions, and made thoughtful suggestions that improved the final setup. It’s clear he genuinely cares about doing the job right! If you need help with TV mounting, camera installation, or home tech setup, I would highly recommend Tahir and Glorious Star LLC. He went above and beyond and delivered excellent work.
Skilled and fast-working. Cracked front and back nicely restored.
