when i posted the job, they reached out on the chat...i asked them when they could come and give me an estimate.. and from then on they went cold...no responses on chat.... bad customer service...

Daniel was extremely professional and informative. He gave me an honest assessment of my basement while also educating me about mold growth. He did not try to sell me any services I didn’t actually need. Highly recommend using him as he came across as completely trust worthy.
Daniel was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and we were lucky to have found him. He explained everything that he did and ended up gaining peace of mind after getting the results of the test. Highly recommend!
Daniel was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind in helping guide us to help fix an issue! We would definitely use him again!
Daniel was excellent. He was second pro we hired because I had an environmental tox screen test come back highly positive for mold. He explained the different species of mold and did an indoor mold quality test. Everything came back in normal limits. I was very relieved. The first pro tried to charge us $10k to inclose our basement. Which would have done nothing for my health because I found out later the mold that I was most positive for was in food. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone that wants and honest opinion and highly knowledgeable mold specialist. Thank you so much Daniel!
Terrible communication. Can't even get a hold of them to schedule an appointment
I was so impressed with the work. They were efficient and cleaned up as they worked. They kept me up to date on every step with photos! I would highly recommend Daniel and his crew!!! Thank you again!!!
Daniel and his crew went above and beyond to help us deal with a decades old leak in a very tricky area. He was super responsive and took the initiative to reach out between the various steps of the process. They were able to build back the area we had to completely rip out too. His entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable and truly seemed invested in helping us fix a huge headache of a problem! Could not recommend more highly.
