Violetta was a dream to work with. she did what she said she would do, punctual, and results that were epic. We decorated for a wedding shower and Violetta's balloons stole the show! The guests were blown away by their beauty and creativity. I highly recommend her services.
They can improve with communication skills that’s what they lack at especially keeping you updated and then when it was time for the event they didn’t even say hello goodbye nothing at all. They walked into the place set up without saying one word very rude and even my guest said the same thing. The price I paid wasn’t worth what she did and I paid a lot of money to the point she wouldn’t even let me keep the backdrop with my son name on it like she could use it anyplace else least she could’ve done as well with her rude services. Her husband helped and he the one that was trying to communicate and he barely said a word unless I said something. Never again !!!
