They came in, did a wonderful job, and were highly professional.
Great experience!
Did an excellent job with the deep clean in our apartment.
My main concern was the bathrooms and they were not cleaned well at all for a “deep cleaning”. Also the mop water was dumped down my sink and now it’s not draining well. There were other little things like appliances weren’t wiped down. They didn’t speak English or Spanish so we were unable to communicate. This is my first “professional cleaning” and I’m so disappointed. This definitely isn’t a “gold” standard cleaning.
I asked for a deep clean and cleaning of all appliances. There were appliances that were still dirty and parts of the kitchen had not been swept. A deep clean means cleaning beyond the surface areas.
Gold Clean did an excellent job! I needed help with a move-out clean, and they were incredibly thorough and detailed. I had to leave before the job was finished, but they even sent me a video of the completed work so I could see everything they had done. The place looked amazing! 10/10 would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend!
Very good deep clean
Great service. Will definitely use again in the future.
Punctual, came exactly on time. Finished with great quality work
I had such a great experience with this cleaning service! They were quick, efficient, and did an amazing job. They were also incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable having them in my home. I really appreciated that they were willing to work with me on the price, which meant a lot. They’re honest, trustworthy, and truly care about their customers. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning service!
