The team arrived promptly, were professional and worked quickly and quietly (which is wonderful since I work in home and am often on the phone). This was my first time so I just let them do their thing but you could also give directions as to areas to concentrate on. They covered all rooms and bathrooms that I asked them to clean. Scheduling was a breeze and I have already scheduled several more visits. Would definitely recommend.

They did a deep clean and did good work. Only problem was they quoted me for deep clean and cleaning of fridge and stove together as $250. Then day of service said would be extra charge to clean fridge and stove and my bedroom in basement. They ended up completing all work and did a good job but the customer service was rude about the miscommunication. I still paid them 300 bc they did a great job. But I still never got a response text message when I tried to resolve concerns. Great cleaning job but needs to work on communication and professionalism when there is a problem.
Dont fall for the scam. They will advertise you false service. They did less than a partial job. Left all furniture with dust of it. Non of the fans were cleaned, windows were not cleaned as promised. Was promised for clothes and merchandise organizing but they said no when arrived.Only vaccumed and mopped the floors. cleaned bathrooms. Left everything else dirty. Upon reaching out to management i was being threatened for court and harassed in a very unprofessional conversation.

The team did a fantastic job - the house was cleaner than we bought and moved in 6 months ago! The level of detail was so considerate - we have a heavy shedding dog and the carpets look brand new. I have also never seen our stove and oven so shiny. We'll definitely be re-booking!

I am at a lost for words. I’m looking for a cleaner and already on a tight budget due to moving costs. I asked for an estimate and it was little higher than what I was looking to pay. I relayed the message and thanked them but I wasn’t going to use them. So can someone explain why this is an ok response to someone being polite and thanking them for taking time to respond. Where has human decency gone!
