I am an attorney in Pennsylvania and was looking for a process server in the Miami area. I hired Golden Process Service and, in less than a week, the document was served. I will definitely hire them in the future and recommend them to my colleagues. They responded to my initial inquiry promptly, kept me posted and were efficient throughout the process.
Paid this company (Golden) $150 to serve summons/petition in a family action within 24 hours. They did not commence service until 48 hours later. Then went to the place of service, got lost and could not get in. Then went again to the same location attempting to serve the papers at almost MIDNIGHT when the person to be served was sleeping, which is very inappropriate. Told them to hold service. Hired another process server (24 Hour Process LLC and within 90 minutes after receiving papers, full service was made Called Golden for a refund, owner refused, and said they attempted service 3 times!
