Older tile roof, leak at furnace penetration and drainage missing rain gutters both sides at front entrance door. Contractor brought up to code roof penetrations and partially solved the drainage missing gutter issue by front entrance door, contractor to resume completion. Contractor, estimator and craftsmen were professional, knowledgeable, price was right and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
