Mikhael did our taxes which were supposed to be simple but ended up having a couple unexpected difficulties/ problems along the way ( including problems with state income tax after moving and someone else having filled a return under our social!). He knew what to do to resolve both issues and we did not have to stress knowing he was there to help us! He is very good at returning our calls/texts/emails. We will definitely work with him again.

Mike is unprofessional and unreliable. Took my money and assured me he could help me. Wasted an entire week waiting for him, making up excuses after excuses. Waited till the last minute of meeting my deadline which I over-communicated, to tell me he doesn't have time to complete what he committed to. Then became extremely rude and belligerent. He also makes an effort to contact support to remove any negative reviews since this is my second attempt at leaving one.
