Jeff was awesome! He came right away and was able to get the garage door back on track. He identified the issue was because of the left side spring was not providing proper tension on the cable which caused it to unspool and the garage door to shift enough that it warped the track and caused it derail. He made a number of adjustments to help keep the door operational until we can schedule the springs to be replaced. I would highly recommend Jeff and Golly Garage Doors for all your garage door needs. They are very professional and very knowledgeable, but the best part is how Jeff explained everything about how garage doors work, what to look for, how to keep your springs healthy, etc. The knowledge and expertise made me feel instantly comfortable with work that Jeff did. I will be using them for all my garage door needs in the future.
We had an amazing experience with Good Golly for my garage door repair. Very communicative and punctual, they answered all my questions, offered me a fair quote and then completed the repair right there on the spot. We were in need of a few new brackets for reinforcement, a cable re-attached, and a new spring.
Jeff did a great job today, did not upsell, simply repaired the issue. Very difficult to find with garage door “pros”. Thank for an honest, fair bid with work done same day.
Great service, reasonably priced. Jeff came out right away and explained our options in detail. Very polite and professional individual, highly recommend Jeff and this company!!
Dustin was very responsive and very quickly reached out to me after the garage door with broken springs. I needed an immediate fix and he was on his way! Very professional and personable. He replaced the springs and did a whole maintenance on the door and is now working perfectly! Would Highly recommend Good Golly Garage Doors to anyone!
