Tom was very professional, showed up ahead of time and was ready to start service in the stated time. We absolutely enjoyed having his presence and the vibe he brought to our party. Would highly recommend him and his team !

Tom was amazing. He did a great job. He was organized, punctual and responsive. He made amazing drinks and it was fun to talk to him. I am 100% going to hire him again for my next event.

This bartender cancelled on me two months after he signed the contract and took my deposit. Cancelling on a client to accept another job is unprofessional enough, but his handling made the experience a nightmare. He neither acknowledged my booking nor promptly refunded my deposit nor set up a replacement bartender. Instead he sent a curt "I don't know where we left this, but I booked another job." Twice in a day he claimed ignorance of my contract and payment, despite having confirmed both when I hired him. I had to send him proof two times before he agreed to return my deposit. After this frustrating exchange he still delayed the refund for another week and a half. There were warning signs, e.g, he sent over a higher price than he'd quoted me and then offered to "split the difference" at a different, also higher-than-quoted price. I overlooked the red flags due to positive reviews here, but unfortunately my experience was wholly negative. I hope this review gives potential clients the information they need to be more cautious with this vendor.

I'm so glad I hired Tom and his team for our event! Tom was extremely communicative leading up to the event as well as on the day of. His team arrived early and even brought some equipment that we weren't able to provide. He and his assistant were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They left the space exactly as they found it and followed all the rules of the venue. I would absolutely hire Good Libations again!

Tom was fantastic to work with. He provided us with the best staff for our 40-person wedding reception, and everything was incredibly well-assisted and communicated. The portable bar he also provided was a great addition!

Tom did a great job bartending for our event! It’s not a typical bartending gig but he was flexible, creative, and professional. I would definitely rehire him again for a future event!

Tom was hired to give tutorials on mixing drinks over Zoom for our holiday party. He was professional, engaging, funny and made some fabulous drinks- even over Zoom! Thanks for making our pandemic holiday a little brighter!
