⭐ ONE STAR — UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, AND AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you’re considering booking Good Vibrations Entertainment Services for an important event, I strongly encourage you to THINK TWICE. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I experienced this level of unprofessionalism, disregard, and complete lack of accountability from a business. I paid $520 for DJ services for my milestone 30th birthday celebration. An event I spent time, money, and energy planning, only to be informed LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE MY EVENT that the DJ I specifically booked would no longer be available. Imagine spending months planning a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, only to have a vendor pull the rug out from under you HOURS before your event. What exactly was I supposed to do? Find another reputable DJ overnight? Cancel the entertainment? I was essentially forced to accept a last-minute substitute because of a problem I did not create. But somehow, the lack of professionalism that followed was even more appalling. The owner, Vinny, acknowledged the issue, apologized, and EXPLICITLY AGREED IN WRITING to provide a partial refund. His exact words were, “of course we will give you a partial refund” and “a partial refund we can definitely do.” THAT WAS IN JUNE. IT IS NOW OCTOBER. FOUR MONTHS LATER, I have not received a single dollar of the promised refund. Despite multiple respectful follow-ups, my messages have gone unanswered. Let that sink in. This business accepted my $520, changed the agreed-upon DJ at the very last minute, acknowledged that compensation was warranted, PROMISED a refund, and then failed to follow through for MONTHS. At this point, it’s not even just about the money. It’s about the complete lack of integrity, accountability, and basic respect for paying customers. I should not have to chase a business owner for FOUR MONTHS to honor a promise HE MADE. My 30th birthday was a milestone I will never get to experience again. The absolute last thing I should have been dealing with was a vendor creating unnecessary stress hours before my celebration and then spending months afterward trying to get him to take responsibility. To anyone considering booking this company, ask yourself: Would you want to risk your daughter’s Sweet 16? Your wedding reception? Your anniversary? Your retirement celebration? Your own milestone birthday? Would you really want to gamble with a once-in-a-lifetime moment and trust it to a business that, in my experience, couldn’t honor its original arrangement OR its subsequent promise to make things right? Because once that day is over, you don’t get a do-over. I would not trust this company with another celebration, another dollar, or another opportunity to disappoint me. Save yourself the frustration, the uncertainty, the unanswered messages, and the exhausting process of trying to hold a business accountable for promises it made voluntarily. I sincerely wish I had known before booking what I know now. I would have taken my money elsewhere without a second thought. Your special occasion deserves better. Your money deserves better. And you deserve a vendor whose word actually means something. I WOULD NEVER BOOK GOOD VIBRATIONS ENTERTAINMENT SERVICES AGAIN, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO VALUES THEIR TIME, MONEY, OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS. ONE STAR. ONLY BECAUSE ZERO ISN’T AN OPTION.

My initial contact with Vinny was easy and pleasant he put me at ease with the time frame I needed his services for. He sent one of his DJ'S Kenny for our event. Just had my granddaughter Sweet 16 party and had Logan the DJ,, from Good Vibrations. He was great and I would give him five stars. He had all the kids on the floor, playing the music that they enjoyed and kept the party going from beginning to end. I also had him bring the photo setup which was well worth the extra charge. It was a huge hit with the kids. I highly recommend him for anyone’s party or social event.

Vibrant, I was very disappointed with how poorly organized the entire process felt. A lot of important information was communicated at the last minute, and I was especially surprised that some details were still being confirmed the night before the event. This caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress and anxiety. I also sent several emails but did not receive responses, which made the experience even more frustrating. Although the DJ and photo booth staff were nice, the overall communication and preparation were not handled professionally. I was also told that a monitor would be provided for karaoke, but there was no monitor at the event. This was another major disappointment because it was something I had specifically asked about beforehand. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Vibrant based on my experience. I strongly believe the company needs to be much more thorough, organized, responsive, and prepared when handling important events. Overall, this was not a pleasant experience.
Vinny was awesome coordinating the booking and getting me the right service providers. The DJ and saxophonist were true professionals and very in tune with what I wanted. Very skilled too!
Great experience, made my day very special and fun the music was everything, made my wedding day very special. I can't thank them enough.
This was not a big event, but a special one. DJ Bucky was early, and saw I was setting up alone. He helped me set up even though this was NOT part of his job. The music was from my daughter’s sweet 16 playlist! She had a blast and he played special requests that had all the guests dancing! He made it so enjoyable for everyone! Thank you for making it a night for us all to remember and for going above and beyond your job!
Ricky was wonderful! Every song elicited screams of joy and loud singing from the partygoers. We all had a blast. And the light show was perfect. Highly recommend!
2 stars for the following reasons: - DJ brought his girlfriend to the party - DJ was given four hours of music to play, but decided to play his own music -DJ appeared to have little ir no experience—he. Could not smoothly go from one song to the next —DJ had lights, but they were not pointed to the dance floor as promised —DJ failed to play requested music—some of the times —DJ was offered drinks, but decided to eat. It would have been okay. But he wasted the food and left his food and trash on the floor snd window seal in his area. This wasn’t notice until he left. We approved an early departure, but would not have done so bad we seen the mess in his area.
John was very punctual and was able to provide us with our music selections, I will work with him again.
Please beware and do not book this DJ. Lack of communication and I have requested a refund 2 weeks ago which I have yet to receive. No services have been provided but my money was kept. Whatever you do make sure you don’t pay by Venmo. I will disputing the transaction with my bank.
