Good Life Security Solutions did a great job installing my four wired cameras. The two technicians were quick, efficient, and the quality of the work is excellent. It wasn't cheap at all for the install, but you get what you pay for — I'm satisfied with the good result.

Best security company I’ve ever worked with. I originally reached out to Robin for a quote, and the numbers she gave were very fair. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and a true expert in the security field. Robin coordinated the entire install and informatively answered every question and hesitation I had in mind — communication could not be greater. Adam and his partner arrived exactly on time and knocked out an eight-camera, two-Wi-Fi-access-point installation that included running CAT cables. He went above and beyond to make sure I got every camera angle I wanted and even patched the exposed holes in the walls (which probably saved me from my fiancée’s wrath). I really appreciated that he double-checked multiple times to make sure I was happy with each angle and the final setup. The whole install went super smooth. If you want a team of knowledgeable pro’s with Southern hospitality who will go above and beyond to keep your home or business protected, these are the people to call. Goodlife Security went the extra mile for me, and I’ll definitely be using their services again in the near future.

The team was amazing, professional and went above and beyond. They were a few hours early too.
I was driving myself crazy, trying to figure out why, one of my cameras was offline, even though it was receiving power. Robin suggested that even though the camera powered up and the lights worked, there could still be a connectivity issue because the wiring is braided and there are different wires in the braid that deal strictly with the data transfer and one of them could be damaged. The service team came out and inspected my camera (including the connection ports) and voila- problem found. LIGHTNING had struck my camera and burnt up some of the ports in connection, but not the one relaying current, so Robin was right. Even though it wasn’t the result that I wanted (I’d have preferred it if it had been just an error on my part), at least now I know exactly what the issue is.
Excellent experience overall. Robin delivered excellent customer service every step of the way beginning, during and even after my installation.
I had a problem with my siren, they are pretty busy and the appointment are pretty stacked, but Robin the nice lady helped me through the phone and instructed me in details to fix the siren myself. It is really amazing that they would spend their time helping me, I mean by helping me DIY fix my problem makes them lose on a pay check, yet they helped with great manner, I think that truly shows that they really prioritize helping you solve your issue above anything else.

I highly recommend Goodlife Security for surveillance system installations! Previously I exclusively had a Ring WiFi camera, but realized that it misses events, so I needed a wired continuous recording surveillance system. Goodlife installed 4 wired continuous recording IP cameras for me. Their prices are reasonable with no hidden fees, they let the customer select the system of their choice, the installer was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and placed the cameras in ideal locations around the house. Afterwards, he took the time to show me how to use the system's DVR and phone app!
Perfect response, got the system I needed, Robin and Adam are a great team.

I didn't have them do any work at my house, but was given an advice in the message about how to fix things myself which essentially saved me money and time.
