About Gordon Govind
Hello, my name is Gordon. I own several properties in Mt. Oliver and have been in real estate for 6 years. My specialty is in electrical, and I will provide a 1 year warranty on any work that I perform. I’ve done everything in residential construction from new electrical service (connecting to the grid for new construction) to replacing meters and panels, wiring entire houses, all the way down to replacing outlets & switches. Other services I offer include giving owners a diagram of the electrical circuitry for their property. I also provide walkthroughs for landlords, investors, and homeowners who want an experienced, local agent to give them an honest opinion prior to purchase. My experience in owning and managing hundreds of units comes in handy, as I can help people avoid bad investments and come up with a rough idea of the true renovation cost (as opposed to the marketed repair cost).
Reviews
Girish is responsible, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to understand my project and what I needed. He was reliable, respectful of my home, and completed the work neatly, on time, and in compliance with requirements. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician who knows how to get the job done right. He is very good with Animals!
Gordon came out to my house on time and did a fantastic job. He was efficient and professional! Will use him again if I need anything in the future. He did a great job !
Gordon was very friendly and knowledgeable with issue on my breaker box. Will contact him if any future electrical issues come up.
Gordon provided excellent service. He explained what he was doing and inspired confidence. I liked him very much . I recommend him wholeheartedly.
A very quick response, got the job done quickly with quality work and at a very reasonable cost. A personable guy with a great work ethic. Highly recommended.
Gordon is really nice to work with, and will tell you like it is, and lay out a plan for you before doing any work on anything. He likes to make sure his customers understand the work he is doing before doing anything in case they want to go a different direction, and I respect that. He is also very knowledgeable of his craft, and knows others who are also very knowledgeable in case he doesn't have an answer for something.
Excellent work!
Good work , respond with minutes, puntual and good price
Very professional and no service fee. Excellent value for the work. Appreciated his response time and arrived on time to get work done. Went above and beyond added a safety switch which was not requested. Will hire again for any electrical need.
