The price is reasonable, but the carpet is not clean enough. I believe she only shampoos the carpet, but the stain was not removed. She walks away without any warrantee. I have to call another company to deal w it. I would not recommend this service

Beautiful work completed by their team! Highly recommend them!
Krystle did a great job cleaning my carpets! My carpets are old but after she cleaned them, they almost look new! Very pleased and will definitely book again!
First off Krystle from the beginning was very responsive about all questions asked during my inquiry. She showed up on time and showed out. My carpet cleaning service was top tier. Thank you so much. Oh and her pricing was very straight forward no hidden fees or last minute price add ons.
Thanks for the professionalism and punctuality first off!!!!! My carpet looks AMAZING! Krystle you did your big one. I will definitely refer your services to my friends and family. Thanks again…
Krystal was so great! She communicated exactly what her plan was and executed accordingly. Our carpets look so much better, and the smell of dog that we inherited with the house is GONE GONE GONE! The carpets dried quickly, and there was no chemical odor or anything. She was great to work with and we will be using her again!
Got Carpets are true professionals. They communicate very well every step of the process. The tech was very punctual and did a wonderful job removing stains and odors due pet urine. I highly recommend this company for a professional and friendly experience. My carpet looks brand new again thanks to Got Carpets
Krystle just cleaned all the carpets in my new home and did an outstanding job. She was on time, communicative, and very careful with my space. High-traffic areas and a few stubborn spots completely lifted, and the carpets dried quickly with no residue. She protected corners, moved what she could, and left everything tidy. Fair pricing, great attitude, and results that exceeded expectations. I would absolutely hire her again and recommend her to anyone.
