TLDR: they were late, didn't do everything i hired them for, forced me to leave a washer and dryer, damaged the pickup house, damaged my dresser, stopped the cleanout, caused me to hire multiple pros to complete, cost me more money in fees and repairs than i paid them to do the job, and asked me for more money while doing it. these pictures are after i moved about half the boxes and bags myself, and the damage to the pickup house. not pictured are additional bags and boxes left in the mudroom that i had to drag in. i hired them twice. first time was junk hauling, it was fine. he charged me more than the quote, but that was sight unseen, so i understood it being more. then i hired them to do a move out. Furniture assembly, loading, unloading, hauling, and unpacking. i told them i had a deadline, and going over would incur fees. they were 2.5 hours late due to truck trouble, but they borrowed one, and assured me there would still be enough time to get everything out. they took two days. this is the first thing i have to pay for. a deep cleaning crew was coming, so they would need to be gone by noon for them to come in. so i had to cancel, and had to pay for that. the truck was too small, so they started by asking me what they should do first. idk, bruv, that's why i hire pros. then tried to tell me there was more stuff than i said, but i sent them PICTURES for the quote, & there was actually less, bc some was thrown out the day before. they didn't know they would have to disassemble the bedroom set to move it. i told them that on the phone. they damaged the walls and ceilings severely- i have to pay for that. ran to the new location, came back to find my TV hanging half off the wall, said they couldn't get it down. i found a pro within 5 minutes (thank you thumbtack!) i told GP that, and they got the TV down in under 3 minutes. i timed it. they left the mounting brackets in the wall though- i have to pay for that. and because you can't mount without the bracket, i had to get a new bracket and have the other pro mount it (thank you Four Bros, you were amazing!!). i had to pay for that. In the middle of this, GP asks me if i would hire a third pro, the guy who owned the truck, AT THE SAME $70/HR as the two of them. I refused (you showed up late, not his fault but not MINE, either.), and he asked what my budget was. i told him less than it was, bc at this point, i just want to be done. they couldn't get my washer and dryer that day, but did offer to come back the next day and get it for free. that's what the first star is for. they couldn't get them out, and i couldn't get another pro by the deadline. i have to pay for that. now i need a new washer and dryer. i have to pay for that. we got to the new house and they put almost every box in my kitchen and living room, so i had to move pretty much every item, box, bag, and tote myself, because the guy wanted his truck back- see, they told him it would take 4 hours to disassemble, load, unload, reassemble, unpack, and haul, but it was 6 hours later, so my stuff just had to go wherever. so i need a pro to move the last few boxes and get rid of the packaging. you know, unpacking. i have to pay for that. they did get my bed and vanity upstairs, but i had to move the bed to connect the headboard to the plug. they put the dresser drawers in wrong, those have to be readjusted. i have to pay for that. now, GP did apologize that this was not the experience he wanted me to have (that's the second star). I waited to post a review because i really didn't want to be "that" customer, but i also don't want anyone else to go through what i did, or have to pay for all the things I'm paying for. they are good at hauling. i would not recommend anything else.

I was told $150 then when they arrived they told me $200. I needed my furniture moved asap so I ended up having to pay $200 for a 40 minute job. I would not use them again out of fear of being overcharged.

I needed help cleaning out my storage unit and moving the items into my garage at my new home. The last movers I hired broke several of my things, so I was a little nervous hiring a mover again, but GP and his team were very professional and careful with my things. It was also so easy because they were also able to take some items that I no longer needed to the junk yard which was very convenient. They worked hard and never complained. I will definitely be calling them again to help me clean out my Mom’s garage - highly recommend them 100%!

These are the best movers!!! I have a heavy dresser that sat in my living room for 4 months because other movers had a hard time getting it up my steps and damaged my walls as well . I got in touch with GP Junk and they did it within 5 minutes and didn’t scratch or even touch the walls!!!! Please use these movers because they performed a miracle today!!! Perfect gentleman!!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Pierre getting in touch with me very quickly so that I could get my Grandma's Amish Rocking Chair from my mom in Ohio to be sent to me in Washington state. He treated the Chair as if it was his own and went above and beyond to deliver it to it's intended destination. ❤️
