Didn’t do a thorough inspection of my property and didn’t solve my pest/rodent problem. Communication was poor and didn’t follow up after multiple attempts. I wouldn’t recommend - there are definitely better options
the team member that came out was really professional for the inspection. knowledgeable about what to do and gave suggestions on how to handle. we are still obtaining a quote to do the rodent and pest prevention work but the initial interaction gave me great confidence and i would work with them again

I’m giving GP Rodent Solutions two stars because my experience was disappointing. The traps they installed in my home simply didn’t work—the bait was eaten, but the traps never deployed, which completely defeats the purpose. I worked directly with Enrique and Javier, and after the issue came up, I tried reaching out multiple times by text and phone. I left voicemails as well, but never received any response. That lack of communication and follow-through is frustrating, especially when you’re dealing with a problem that needs urgent attention. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company. They didn’t stand behind their work or provide any real accountability. Future customers should think carefully before spending their time and money here—there are more reliable and professional exterminator companies out there.

GP did one thing well. They created the outside barrier around our mobile home. Mice could not get in or out. Otherwise, they did a poor job. Their traps didn’t catch one mouse. Our agent failed to respond to my texts two times. The second was the last time I texted him. Never heard from him again.

Pro, GP Rodent Solutions took care of our rodent problem. Con, the 1st 2 times they came to my house they were running late and neglected to call and let me know. The 1st time they were 2 hours late. Unfortunately, I would not recommend their service to others.
I hope they sealed everything and did a good job because I’m sure we’ll never be seeing them again. Extremely unprofessional. Every appointment was rescheduled and then they showed up late for each rescheduled appointment and for final rodent check, didn’t call/text, just didn’t show up and when we called to follow up, rescheduled (again!) and showed up without an apology or explanation. Very disappointed because most of the reviews were positive. Would absolutely NOT recommend them. COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR YOUR TIME.

Luis was great. He quickly got rid of our rat problem and continued to check in on us to make sure the problem didn't return. I was prepared to pay for much more significant work after another vendor scared me with a huge quote, but Luis is so honest he assured us that wasn't necessary. I will definitely keep using Luis!
Just bought a home and needed pest control, specifically rats and thousands of droppings in the attic. I had couple of estimates but Luis and his team at GP rodent solutions offered very competitive pricing. I’m glad I made the right choice. Luis and his team were very professional, punctual, and their quality of work was 10/10. They sealed all potential entry points around the exterior of the house, took out all of the old insulation in the attic, vacuumed and disinfected the attic, and installed blown in insulation. Everything took them only 1 day. He also laid traps in the attic and followed up twice in-person and kept in touch via text to make sure my rodent problem was solved. Luis also provided rat traps for myself to lay anywhere as I please. Now I have zero rodent activity. I recommend GP Rodent Solutions!!
